Clients report that her depth of presence, compassion, and wisdom bring them new insights, self-acceptance, resilience, and healing - enabling them to live more fully in their daily lives.

Another Option—Coaching with Ingrid
After researching many coaching modalities, Ingrid chose to become proficient in the Co-Active Coaching model as it best fits her personal attributes and has reliably good outcomes. Co-Active coaching is based on the philosophy that people are naturally whole, creative, resourceful, and capable of finding their own solutions. The potency of the coaching process comes from the synergistic relationship between you and your coach. This promotes a sense of empowerment, and facilitates the means to achieve the changes you desire in your life. The solutions come from you - the empowered client. A Co-Active Coach listens to and clarifies the issues with which you are grappling, promotes a vision of what is possible for you, and fosters the connection between specific issues and your larger life purpose. You develop new tools for learning and innovating, and for reaching your potential in multiple areas of your life.
The Coaching Process
Typically, coaching is performed over the phone or through Zoom. Ingrid conducts a free initial interview. In this she learns about you, what is prompting you to explore coaching, and your goals for the coaching process. A coaching relationship is collaboratively designed to form an alliance that works for you. Many people find twice a month sessions optimal. A typical agreement lasts for six months, with frequent reassessment based upon your needs. Each session focuses on you in the present moment in relation to your goals, values, and life purpose.
